In February 2008, Polaroid announced the end of an era, no more Polaroids, no more instant gratification in the quest of freezing time and preserving memories. But, like happens in life, you tell someone they won't have something anymore and the desire to have it comes in. That's when the Impossible Project came in. October 2008, Forian Kaps and André Bosman bought the production machinery from Polaroid and leased Building North of the former Polaroid plant. Slowly they are reviving the film, the Polaroid Renaissance...
I am excited to have my instant camera back and running. Finally manage to buy some PX 600 Film V 06. Now, it's time to have some fun. Thanks, Impossible Project!
